Some flowers only bloom during particular seasons, of course. That is why Estella Floral Design has a substitution policy: to cater to the delivery of flowers on specific days.
The policy says that substitutions of greater or equal value to the client’s request will be made to ensure timely delivery of the flowers. For example, if you wanted yellow daisies that aren’t yet available, you’ll get daisies of a different color but in the same volume. Estella Floral Design always strives to meet client needs.
