Wedding planning

Spring is often a breath of fresh air, and so is a spring wedding! Weddings are generally quite tiring, but things can be made more organized and simplified with the right guide.

There aren’t too many rules to follow for a spring wedding, but a little mishap can still be nerve-wracking. Here are some essential tips you should know when planning a spring wedding.

●      Bring out the Flowers

Nothing says spring quite as much as flowers. From blooming daffodils to tulips; from peonies to hyacinths, flowers are quite a tradition that all weddings must follow but more so spring weddings.

Spring means that more flowers will be available, so don’t worry too much about the cost as this time of the year, they will be pretty affordable.

●      Your Wedding Dress

Spring allows you to have more wedding dress options, from simple to trendy. You may even attach a pattern or two to your dress or choose a different color from white.

Your clothing can also be lighter and shorter than a floor-length gown, but this doesn’t make a floor-length gown any less appropriate for a spring wedding. True flexibility!

●      Your Wedding Venue

Choose a wedding reception venue that will keep you safe from the rain just in case it starts to shower.

Your wedding venue should also have heating systems if it gets cold or cooling methods for the sunny spring afternoons.

●      Be Prepared for the Weather

Dress appropriately for the weather. If you are having your wedding outdoors, make sure you have a proper tent with all the necessary services. You may even wear boots under your gown to prevent your dress from being muddy.

Spring weather can be pretty unpredictable. In the afternoon, it can get pretty hot. Your guests will need fans or air conditioning systems should be made available in the wedding halls.

The weather could get quite cold in the evenings, so heat pads are not a bad idea. Just be prepared enough or even have a plan B in case something goes awry.
