3 Questions to Ask Your Potential Wedding Planner

3 Questions to Ask Your Potential Wedding Planner

Here’s a list of 3 basic questions to ask your potential wedding planner before you hire them.

·  Are You Available on My Wedding Date?

You do not want to waste your time or that of the wedding planner if they will not be free on the date of your wedding. If you however really like their work and your wedding date is flexible, ask them to specify when they’ll be free and see if the dates would be okay with you. If not, move on to another planner.

·  Can You Work Within Our Budget?

While necessarily, not a fun topic, it is very important for you and your wedding planner to discuss your wedding budget as soon as possible. If they can work with your budget then you can go ahead and hire them. But if not, see if you could work with them part-time or for a smaller fee and lesser coordinating time if you love the planner. If not, move on to another planner.

·  What Sorts of Services Do You Offer?

Find out whether this planner does a month-of coordination, full-service planning, or à la carte planning. It is important to know which they do so you can decide easily which planner is best for you. Also, find out whether what you need help with is your wedding design or the planning of tasks like creating a timeline or managing your budget.
