Getting the Best Out of Our Wedding Expos

Getting the Best Out of Our Wedding Expos

Make the Wedding Expo work for you!

Here at New Mexico Wedding Expos & Guides, we hold some of the largest expos in the state and you are sure to find any and everything you are looking for when it comes to your wedding with us. Apart from your wedding, we also care about you, so here are some tips from us on how to successfully navigate and get the best from our expos.

·  Come with A Carefully Selected Team

When coming to our wedding expos, we advise you to come with your partner. If they however for some reason can’t come, show up with people whose opinions you value. This is so you don’t get overwhelmed and also get good advice from people who know you and what you like.

·  Also Come with Stickers

Vendors at expos will ask for your details to send you more information that may turn out useful afterward. A sticker containing information like your name, email address, contact number, etc, is sure to save you having to write the same information over and over for every vendor you meet. There is also the added advantage of you just sticking it on forms to enter for competitions instead of having to fill out a form every time.

·  Create A Special Wedding Email

Instead of handing out your regular email to vendors at the expo, you know what’s a great idea? Having a special wedding email. This way your everyday email is not flooded and you can find all that you need for your wedding in one place.

·  Bring A Bag

From brochures to cool gifts like key chains and treats, every supplier at our expos will most likely have something for you to take with you. You’ll need a bag to carry them all in.

·  Take Sustenance Beforehand

You need energy to go around the expo so eat beforehand. A bottle of water can also come in handy so have one or two with you.

·  Have A Plan Of Attack

Decide what you really want out of the expo and go for them first. When done, you can then let yourself wander for a bit. Who knows, you might find something important you initially overlooked.

·  Take Notes

You will meet so many faces and receive so much new information that notes are the only way you are sure to remember everything afterward so please make notes.

·  Make Sure You Vibe

Vibe is important when choosing the suppliers for your wedding. Pay attention to how well you connect to them and be sure to ask whatever questions you might have.

·  Have Fun!

Fun is important. Let your imagination run wild and try not to let yourself get overwhelmed. Remember that we only want what’s best for you when it comes to your wedding.

When it comes to wedding expos, nobody throws them better than we do. If you are looking for a vendor, you’ll find them at our expo. Why not contact us today? We’ve got you covered here at New Mexico Wedding Expos & Guides.
