Regardless of whether you are the Maid of Honor and want to plan a perfect bachelorette party for the bride-to-be or you are the bride herself, you will surely want this party to be really memorable. How do you do it? How do you plan a bachelorette party everyone will remember for the years to come? We have some tips for you – so read on and find out more.
Who gets invited? Since a bachelorette party is far less formal than a bridal shower, you are allowed to invite people who are not necessarily on the wedding guest list (e.g. coworkers, neighbors, and so on).
· Remember that it is essential to plan everything way ahead of time. Same as with every big party, you will need a location, a theme, food, drinks and other elements that will make the night unforgettable. Also, don’t be afraid to ask other people to enroll in planning (and paying for) the bachelorette party too!
· Choose the right date. Although it may seem that the traditional bachelorette party date is the day before the wedding, this is a very bad idea. The last thing your friend needs on her Big Day is feeling a little hangover! Our suggestion is that you plan it at least 2-3 days before the actual wedding date.
· Last, but definitely not least, have fun. Plan some entertaining activities for the bride and the guests, but do make sure the bride won’t do anything she might regret the second day! After all, that’s not something you want to be responsible of, is it?
