A Vineyard Wedding

Have you considered having a wedding in a vineyard?

Have you considered having a wedding in a vineyard?

Elegant, classy and unforgettable, vineyard weddings are gaining more and more attention – and understandably so. Have you considered a vineyard wedding too? If so, what are some of the most important aspects to consider? We have gathered some tips for you – so read on and find out more.

·       The privacy. Considering vineyards aren’t created exclusively for weddings and events, it is very important for you to ask your vineyard manager about the privacy you will have on your wedding day. Will the vineyard be closed to visitors on that day, will you be able to get a private spot away from “extra” guests or will the vineyard be less private than you want to?

·       The décor. The best part about vineyard weddings is that they don’t need a lot of décor to shine. Undone florals, bits and pieces of rustic wedding décor, as well as an inspiring color palette (greens, purples, yellow, gold, orange, copper, etc.) – you don’t need more than that.

·       The drinks. Want to incorporate your chosen vineyard’s flavor into the Big Day? See if you can create a signature cocktail based on the best this vineyard has to offer. This will be a delightful surprise for your guests and will surely complement your wedding in a truly elegant way.

·       The favors. Want to surprise your guests with wedding favors they will really want to take home? Offer them mini bottles of the local wine. If possible, personalize the bottles with your names, wedding monogram or with a sweet message – it will make everything even more unique.
